We’re not the only ones psyched about sustainability! The Sounding Board, a Boston-based company that creates unique entertainment and
productions promoting social change, has teamed up with the Rio+20 Global Youth Music Contest which asks for youth to submit original songs that address pressing economical
issues. To promote the contest and celebrate this generations’ batch of creative
thinkers, the Sounding Board is hosting an afternoon of performances from
Boston’s young artists (including our friends at Zumix!) Music, spoken word, and a variety of other performance pieces will be featured,
and AFH is joining in! Our teen-videographers crafted
an awesome piece that will be shown throughout the afternoon, and you’re invited to check it out with us! The
event, held at the Berklee Performance Center this Saturday at 4pm, is free,
but you have to register here first.
Can’t make it this weekend? Then hang out with your favorite
AFHers at this year’s Greatest Party on Earth! Buy your tickets now to save
money for Boston’s craziest, greenest, danciest Earth Day celebration!
