Artists For Humanity winner of Boston Business Journal's Green Business Summit Award

This week, Artists For Humanity was named a winner of the Boston Business Journal's Green Business Summit Awards for the design of the AFH EpiCenter. In addition to being one of only two non profit organizations recognized, and in the company of 13 major Boston area companies, AFH is the cover story of this week's BBJ issue on Sustainable Boston.

The EpiCenter was a dream. It was built to the highest standards of sustainable design. Our award winning Platinum LEED certified building is home to AFH mentors and our youth apprentices who are learning skills in six Studio arts but also about the EpiCenter's design and function and how to translate those lessons of conservation and sustainabilty into their every day lives.
